How Can severe Pain Below The Rib Cage Be Treated?

Hii... My age is 26 years female.. i am having on and off abdominal pain under my ribs.. sometimes middle and back or pelvis area... I have normal stool but thin strips are attached with it.. dry and hard very dark in colour.. bleeding in stool is also present..

Chances are that you have contracted a Helminthis Parasitic infection . You haven't given any history of travel to any third word country where food hygiene and water quality may not be good. You havn't indicated right or left side of sub costal[under the ribs] region.
My advise will be to get a prescription of Albendazole 400 mg once a day for 3days from your GP. You may have to repeat the treatment after 2-3 weeks to kill the new worms that have hatched by then to be completely cured.
Don't worry it is a very common tropical disease and very much easily treatable.
